For starters this location isn't terrible. They are not very prompt around here at all. Make sure you have plenty of wait time on hands. They have no restroom or driver longue. Make sure you have truck information, trailer information, your SSN, and birth certificate as giving them a pu# or delivery # isn't good enough. You have to fill out your own paperwork. Extremely unprofessional warehouse. I checked in at 4:00 PM and now it’s been more than 4 hours sitting here with no update for 4 skids. They are clearly loading their own people or preferred drivers first, even though others have been waiting longer. This kind of favoritism is unacceptable. On top of that, there are no restrooms available for drivers, which shows complete disregard for basic human needs. Drivers’ time is wasted here with no respect or accountability. I do not recommend this place at all.
9 Hours waiting for Loading...& we r check in 9 am and loading start in 6pm We have very bad experience in this company 👎👎👎
In and out in under 2 hours. Great job! For drivers, there's a Dollar General within walking distance if you have a bit of a wait and need to stock up. The guys were very friendly!
