I was a loyal customer for years, And for some reason just put up with the way the guy at the front desk behaves. (The younger man with short hair and a large arm tatoo of a clock, who we'll refer to as Mr. Personality from here on out) He is incredibly rude and offputting. He acts absolutely flummoxed if you ask him any questions and he refuses to speak more than a word or two, even when he should be giving you a rundown of what work was done on your vehicle. Can't comment on service because I was refused. I was referred to 6th Street by the local Auto Parts store when my airbag sensor light came on & they were unable to get a code on their diagnostics. The very rude front desk guy told me to go to a dealer because they don't do airbag work, and refused to even run a diagnostic for me. Went across the road to AutoZone where a very friendly young man was able to diagnose & print a report in about 2 minutes. Mind you I wasn't looking for 'free', I would have paid 6th Street.
