Can't comment on service because I was refused. I was referred to 6th Street by the local Auto Parts store when my airbag sensor light came on & they were unable to get a code on their diagnostics. The very rude front desk guy told me to go to a dealer because they don't do airbag work, and refused to even run a diagnostic for me. Went across the road to AutoZone where a very friendly young man was able to diagnose & print a report in about 2 minutes. Mind you I wasn't looking for 'free', I would have paid 6th Street. Updating my review due to recent interaction: Called 1:00 PM 7/1/24 to ask about getting on the schedule for a transmission fluid and filter change on a vehicle. The gentleman who answered the phone advised the next time slot would be next Tuesday 7/9/24. We spend the next few minutes going back and forth as I was trying to ask if I could call up at the end of any given day and see if there were any cancellations in the schedule to see if I could get in earlier.
