I booked an appointment with Stacy online and drove almost an hour to get my eyebrows waxed. When I arrived, I was directed to the room where I was to be waxed, and then I proceeded to wait half an hour for no one to show up. While I was waiting, I heard a worker complaining about very personal ailments and what their duties were to complete. I'm thankful I saved my money and left. You're better off waiting to book an appointment with a more trustworthy business.

I recently had an appointment for a leg wax and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the environment was welcoming and spotless. The professional handling my appointment was not only highly skilled but also exceptionally gentle, making the process as comfortable as possible. Shira took her time, ensuring every detail was perfect, which I really appreciated. The results were flawless, and the level of care and professionalism truly made this a 10 out of 10 experience. Highly recommend!

I really wanted to love this place as it is new and a small business. They seemed super professional in their appointment setting and communication but unfortunately this was one of the most uncomfortable and painful wax experiences I’ve ever had. On top of that, there were issues with payment resulting in me paying twice for a service that could not be completed. Hoping others have better experiences though!
