Sherry was incredibly helpful throughout our move-in process. We originally chose our unit based on the website and virtual tour, but when we saw it in person on our move-in date, we realized there were some differences from what we had expected. Sherry was very patient and understanding. She took the time to listen to our concerns, showed us other available options, and worked with the leasing team to find a solution that worked well for us. We really appreciate how responsive and helpful she was throughout the process. Sh... read more
I found out that my freezer was broken after getting ice cream for 3 separate times... I notified the maintenance team, and Carlos came by on the next day (already exceeded my expectation for US apartment maintenance in general honestly). After checking for 2 days (verifying the temperature, etc.), the team swapped my fridge with one that works properly!! My issue was solved within 4 days, which is really efficient. The leasing office and the maintenance team responded very fast.
Carlos was super friendly and got everything handled fast. Really appreciate how smooth he made the whole thing.
Had a drainage issue for the longest time and attempted to fix it myself but to no avail.. Mr Carlos came over when I ultimately decided to call in for assistance and he fixed it in no time!! He was super friendly and professional and even explained to me the main causes of clogged drains for my own edification. I hope Carlos is the one to fix any of my other issues in the future!
I’ve had a great experience with the maintenance team, especially carlos. Carlos is always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever something needs to be taken care of. He does a great job and always makes sure everything is done properly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping the residents. Really appreciate Jose and everything he does for the community!
