I recently had an issue with my kitchen sink backing up, and after submitting a request through the app, Raul and Kevin came to fix it the same day. They were efficient, professional, and made the whole experience very reassuring. Really appreciate their prompt help 😊
The vendor vehicle repeatedly parks on residents parking slot or blocks the driveway preventing residents from pulling out of their parking spaces. This has happened multiple times already, and it’s very inconvenient and unsafe. It seems the management team has not properly managed or supervised the vendors. I’ve had to contact the leasing office to report the issue, but it shouldn’t keep happening. Better vendor management is urgently needed.
Raul & Kevin came and fixed a problem we had with one of our fans and a problem we had with the fridge. Super friendly and diligent people.
