This review is for Raul (hopefully that’s the right spelling) who responded to our maintenance request here. He helped us fix our fridge and got us out of a bind(it wasn’t staying cool anymore because we inadvertently blocked the vents). He was very professional and friendly. I really appreciated that he put on shoe covers before entering our apartment as well.
