We have rented from this Sixt location in the South Bay multiple times and it has been a smooth, quick, friendly, easy experience every time. The staff has always been so great at pickup and return, extremely attentive and accommodating, offering free upgrades and making sure we have everything we need and that we’re happy with the car. I want to thank Sixt employee CODY at the Sixt station in Redondo Beach very, very much! He helped me to get the car that is the perfect fit for me while driving during my vacation in the USA. Cody really knows his stuff, works extremely professional, defintitely thinks about the customer's needs, finds the perfect solution and is also super friendly. Cody, Excellent customer care! Although the car I originally booked wasn't available at pickup, the team quickly upgraded me to a great alternative. This was my third time renting from this facility, and the staff continues to impress me with how friendly and flexible they are. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else for a car rental!
