I booked a BMW 5-Series and paid a premium price. Booked a full month ahead. When I arrived, they didn’t have the car so I was stuck with a cheap SUV. The customer service rep promised I would receive a partial reimbursement, it’s been two weeks since I finished my rental and I have not received a reimbursement. What a trash company.
Staff were adorable, sharp and very helpful. I was on my own with my toddler and all the stuff for a 10 day road trip, and they helped me get on the road well
Excellent service from start to finish! The car was spotless, and very fuel efficient. The staff were super friendly, fast, and made the whole process incredibly easy with no hidden fees. Great rental experience. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend!
