Booked through broker (VIP car rental) but when I turned up at SIXT, the car of choice or similar car was not available as per the service desk, so basically got handed a Rav4 for a Mercedes. The gentleman was polite but he did good to convince me how lucky I was to even get a Rav4 at that time for the same price eventhough I had booked a Mercedes.
