I strongly do NOT recommend doing any business with this Sixt branch at Milwaukee after my absolutely horrendous rental experience. Never seen a catastrophic failure in administrative customer service so poor, negligent, and outright insulting in a service. After a 2 day rental of a BMW X5 that I paid premium money for, I filled up the car with premium fuel (didn’t have to do this btw! But I wanted to be a good client and respect BMW cars!) to a full tank before I returned the car. It was 1 hour early from agreed return time... read more
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will NEVER be renting through sixt again in my entire life. They will go after your money and blame you for damages to the car with images of black scruff marks and hairline scratches. If you have a specific credit card they will go after you and your car rental insurance.
If you’re an AMEX cardholder, be cautious. After returning our rental, we were accused of causing damage and were presented with a claim despite not being shown any evidence that we caused it. The photos we were shown appeared to depict scuffs that were not present when we dropped the vehicle off, which made the claim seem questionable.
