I’m here to talk about DELMER. I’m renting a car with sixt every month and this guy are always there with the best service I even see around the world. He’s really attentive, patient, know how to work with people. That guy should’ve be manager. Wait, wait, wait, if sixt turn him a manager who gonna serve me like him? Hahaha Also all cars that I picked up there was in immaculate condition, nothing to complain at all. Thank you very much Delmer Appreciate your service.
Horrible place it is a total failure. Don’t rent with them I did a reservation and in the office they tell you you need to do it with 24hr anticipation to be able to get the car. Then they offer a BMW for a bunch of money more. The service is totally useless and nobody is willing to help you or anything you have to pay whatever they ask you to. Had a pleasant experience. I wrote an earlier review, expressing disappointment but I turned out to be wrong (incorrect # of days applied to rental) and all turned out great. Carlos at front desk was great. Art from pre-sales/sales team was phenomenal. For those who are traveling to the US and need a car, checkout Sixt. In fact, one of the guys who gave information to me was a guy called Art who was not pushy and let me make my choice, whether it was selection of segment, car, or the add-ons.
