I rented an suv online from this Sixt. Upon arrival I had a choice of a minivan or an Atlas. There was an Acadia that was just cleaned and returned that had a cracked windshield on the passenger’s side. I really wanted to take it and they normally wouldn’t rent it out with a defect like that but I was fine with it and really wanted the Acadia for my weekend. Gave me a car that broke on the first day. Replaced it with a car 2 levels below what I paid for with expired registration. They don’t seem to care. Told me to drive it anyway.

It was our first time using Sixt and Alex was extremely helpful and patient. We called one of their other locations at first and they did not have the vehicle we were aiming for so the directed us to this location which met all of our needs. We were able to find a car within our budget and pick it up, all within a couple of hours! Alex was professional and was ready to provide immediate assistance for check in, along with recommendations about which add-ons would be best for us.
