I am a SIXT Platinum member, and I have been a loyal SIXT customer for a long time. Whenever I travel, SIXT is usually my first choice for rental cars. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the Huntington Beach branch was very disappointing and far below the standard I have come to expect from SIXT. First, when I was picking up the car, a female staff member told me that I was required to use a physical credit card to pay the security deposit and that Apple Pay was not accepted. They gave me a price that was more affordable than anyone at $570 including tax. Sean greeted me at the front desk and was attentive to what I needed. I was in and out of the door in under 10 minutes. I can't stress enough that I will never use another company to rent from. Sixt has earned a customer for life and I will be recommending them to everyone I ... read more
