I wish I could give ZERO stars. I had a reservation today at 4:00. Arrived right at 4. The place was open. When I arrived there was another customer waiting. There were no employees. The other customer said he had been witing for 15 minutes so far. We saw someone in the back and asked him for help. He said he only washed cars there and didnt work for Sixt. We asked him if he could call someone. He ignored us. We continued to wait. No one came to help. We tried to call the corporate office. No one answered the phone. We kept ... read more
Alex was great! This is my second review. While the first time we’ve rented at the Long Beach location having a terrible experience with the management over there, we decided to give it a second chance. So from Long Beach we drove to HB to give it another try. Everyone is really nice at this location, Alex was really good and really made our experience great. Smooth and quick pick up and drop off! We will def return to this location. Thank you Alex for changing our mind and experience.
