Heaven was absolutely amazing! He was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. He made the whole rental process incredibly easy and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Excellent customer service — thank you, Heaven! I’ll definitely be back with SIXT.
Can't fault the staff here, we rented a car the same morning we needed to collect due to our train being cancelled and when we arrived, they didn't actually have the car available as it was a system glitch. They quickly found us an alternative and cleaned it within 10 minutes. No issues with the car whatsoever and smooth drop off at San Diego airport.
