I hired a car from Sixt in Downtown Atlanta and unfortunately the experience after collection has been extremely disappointing. When I collected the car, I was kept waiting for around an hour because the vehicle hadn’t been properly cleaned and still contained used tissues. Duncan, the member of staff dealing with me, gave me his personal mobile number and told me that the $75 compensation he had agreed would be paid within 5 days of returning the car. Tycie at the Luckie St location was very nice and so full of energy. She checked me in so fast in 15 minutes I was already in my BMW rental and on the road for my vacation. Thanks again Tycie you’re so awesome keep up the amazing work.
One star because it would not let me select zero. This company booted my car and did not follow state and local laws regarding removing it. There was no 24 hour number which is against the law as well as the number given to us by the company was not answering even though the private parking garage said that there was supposed to be someone to answer that number.
