The staff lacks professionalism over the phone which is so annoying. Who wants to spend their money with business where they are not treated in a professional manner. Aside from allowing you to make reservations and not always having a vehicle in that class, renting out vehicles with check engine light on and attempting to charge you for something well after the fact of returning your rental and getting into another vehicle once you left a review of your experience, they have work to do.
