Do not recommend. I reserved a basic sedan for 1 day use. I used their website, made my payment and received email confirmation of vehicle , location pick up and time of pick up, also receipt of payment. I get dropped off at the location on Katella in Anaheim only to find out my reservation is not honored by them. According to the rep. although the reservation was completed on from THEIR website, it is from a 3rd party and bookings are not always accurate. Rep. said he could complete an "upgrade" rental.
