** Updated April 2024 Second time renting from this location. This is the easiest rental car company to deal with. Were there a couple of issues, yes. Did they get taken care of, yes! My biz partner and I are both Hertz President's Level, and although Sixt is not everywhere...where they are we will be renting from them. More friendly than Hertz and attentive to our needs. Michael was absolutely outstanding and went above and beyond to provide me with a vehicle on a Sunday afternoon. The selection was fantastic, and the customer service was exceptional. As a returning customer, I’m already looking forward to my third visit. I highly recommend booking through their official website to avoid any additional charges for car insurance that third-party websites may impose
Very bad experience , I booked for a seven seater suv online and after showing that the car is available , I got email that the booking is not yet confirmed. If the car is not available why did you show it online , I could have booked on other websites . Waste of time , will never risk renting cars from this website
