I made a booking with this company just two hours before my scheduled pick-up. When I tried to check in online, I was told I needed to contact them because I have a digital driver’s license. Within 10 minutes, I was on the phone with customer service, only to be told I couldn’t rent the car because they only accept physical licenses. Great rental experience. I walked down the street from the DL resort on our checkout day and picked up our ride. Very professional feel and nice clean facility. No sneaky upsale tactics common with other rental agencies. I did end up buying the prepaid fuel option as I was going to drive up to Sequoia and back down to LAX. We had reserved a full size car and they upgraded us to a GMC Terrain.
