Booked a rental and ubered to the location just for them to deny my reservation since I don't have a utility bill. Nowhere in the pickup instructions was I advised that I needed to bring that. When requesting a refund the attendant refused to provide any confirmation that my reservation was canceled.
Not recommended. Had a reservation at 1PM. Got to the airport, car wasn’t there. Airport called manager, no answer. I called manager and left two voicemails. Finally received a call back. Car was an hour late and I was still charged full price ($131 for one day!) although I asked for a discount. Non apologetic attitude from management. This delayed my schedule, and as a business man this is most important.
