I called in advance to tell them if it was okay with them for us to be 18 min late. They said yes, when we showed up they were gone. Could of at least told us they weren't going to wait. Terrible communication.
Charles is a superstar and will get you on the road quickly, with no drama.
Really bad experience. An agent called just two hours before my pickup time to cancel my reservation, yet I was still charged for the car rental. It’s been more than 20 days, and they still haven’t figured out how to return my money.
Their rating is a 3 1/5 stars for a reason I don't feel they go enough, out of their way for their customers, even if that causes more, difficulties for the guest. Dealing with their, "rules and regulations" , policy and restrictions, definitely added stress to my visit to Colorado. All, is about money
