Steven at the SFO airport location was so kind and helpful!! He took the time to ask us about our trip and got us the car of our dreams! 10/10 love Steven and Sixt!
This was my first experience renting with Sixt and it was easy and smooth. First when we landed and arrived at the car rental hub all other agencies were backed up. Sixt was moving along fine. The manager was checking on people in line as we waited which was nice considering we had just had around 14 hours of travel. Then the check out process was smooth as glass. My wife and I were the first customers on a Saturday morning. Marcus was just getting set up but without hesitation, promptly started processing our reservation. Strangely, our return date was changed at some point (by corporate?) but Marcus quickly corrected it. Finally, we walked to our car but it unfortunately hadn't been cleaned yet and also smelled of cigarette smoke. I would go elsewhere in the future. Its yough to reach anyone working there, the spot is in an industrial park not easily reached from the airport or long term parking and they were inflexible tacking on fees for nothing.
