Super helpful on booking. Needed passport, DL and Mastercard. Went through everything. Good price. You can drop your car off at anytime, even out of hours. They have a drop box in basement level 2 where the cars are. Like for like fuel on use.
Charged me 600$ for parking tickets I had already paid, it's been 1 year, countless emails, phone calls and I have not received a penny back
EDIT: After a few more rentals at this location, I am raising my rating as I’ve had a great experience after the initial one. Brady at the front has amazing customer service, thanks very much. OLD: So close to a perfect experience, but a few small things went wrong. The pick-up was seamless, the agent at the counter was super friendly, and the car was clean with no issues.
