They just canceled our car rental on the morning of pickup. We had a cottage booked with friends for Thanksgiving, and can't find another car at this late stage. They didn't even have the decency to call us, just sent an email. We called and they were incredibly unhelpful, just said there's nothing they can do and sent a refund. Unbelievably bad service.
Rented a car for vacation! The car was amazing, super clean, with full tank gas! Staff was very helpful on pick up process. I encountered small issue with my card but overall the process was fast and easy. I got upgraded to a Mercedes c class without extra charge. Wonderful car! Overall, highly recommend to you all.
really appreciated the smooth process and excellent customer service. That said, I was hoping SIXT Toronto would provide a newer, updated vehicle model, similar to the high fleet standards I’ve experienced with SIXT in the US, I’ve usually received latest-model cars with SIXT in the US.
