Horrid! Liars & incompetent employees. They'll refuse your reservation after requiring you to prepare & then refuse a refund. Go ANYWHERE but here for car rentals.
Love this rental car company My only issue is the $12 a gallon to refill. This information absolutely needs to be disclosed to customers. Otherwise great experience wonderful staff and easy process.
This is a horrible company to rent from. I dropped off my car that I rented last month. A few days later I remembered that I left my dog stroller behind. I went to go and retrieve it that Saturday morning to find out that it was removed from the black locker. I did receive my folding chair, but I did not receive the stroller. I have waited several weeks now for feedback on where my stroller is or get reimbursed or replaced and no one has contacted me.
