Good service, nice vehicle
I booked a Toyota 4Runner, but when I arrived I got a free “upgrade” to a Volvo XC60. I’m not sure how people see it in the USA – maybe as an upgrade – but I think it was a downgrade… When I got to the hotel I discovered that the car was really dirty on the roof. I didn’t notice it right away when I picked it up later in the evening, it was dark and I was super tired. But location manager Rebekah sorted everything out in the best possible way – great job by you! Excellent level of service.
