Sixt took care of me when I arrived early. Easy check out and return. Car was good. Recommend Sixt if you visit the island.
I can not thank the team at this location for what they were able to do for my partner and I while we were visiting Oahu for my birthday. Nicole at the check-in counter was absolutely amazing and kind! She was able to get us my dream car (Jeep) which made this trip all the more special! Getting to cruise around the island in a Jeep was a thing of dreams! We had such a great experience with Sixt. Fred helped us get a good deal to upgrade to a better vehicle based on our original booking. Very smooth and quick for both pickup and return; would love to book again with Sixt next time we are back in HNL.
After declining their insurance at booking and at pickup it was added to the agreement anyway and I signed thinking the agent actually listened to me the customer when I said NO. Instead they added it in there without my knowledge and I signed unknowingly. Watch out for this deceptive tactic. Make sure you read before signing any document as they like to rush you through it. $50 a day for insurance was a big fat mistake and they won't return my money.
Nicole was very helpful and made sure we got our rental even tho we were a couple minutes after closing time. She was very helpful. And gave great recommendations. Overall great experience
