The car was good, no issue with that. The problem though is that they charge a $200 deposit which are supposed to return within 5-7 business days. However, after 6 weeks they have still not done it. I contacted them and they said that they will be back within 24-48 hours, however, they never came back and afterwards simply did not return my emails. So, I had to escalate this to the credit card company. So, unless you are happy to pay them $200 extra, avoid them.
BMW X3を3日間借りました。 料金が安く、受付から返却までとてもスムーズで対応も良かったです。 ポイント ・最初の受付時にフルカバーの保険やガソリンサービスを付けますと言われるので必要ない事を伝えます。 ・使用前に全体の傷や汚れ設備などの動画を撮影する。 ・ガソリンのレシートをもらって最後に見せる。 ・返却時に傷などの確認を全て行う。 そうする事で後々のトラブルを避けられます。 次回も絶対使いたいと思います。
