Strong warning, be extremely cautious with this rental company. They use aggressive tactics to pressure customers into purchasing very expensive insurance at pickup. The vehicle I received was already covered in numerous scratches (20–30 visible spots), and I was told to document each one myself. Despite carefully recording the car, after returning it they attempted to charge me for a scratch on the roof that appears to have already existed. We rented a car here for 21 days. Pick up was torturously slow late at night as they only had one agent. The biggest issue is that the car we got has some sort of filmy layer on the windshield that is making it really hard to see in the rain. We arrived during the storm. We called a few days ago and were promised a call to exchange the car. No one ever called. A week later no one called to assist us or answered our email.
Had a great experience with Desiree at SIXT! She made our check-in completely seamless—quick, easy, and stress-free. She also took the time to explain that military rentals had to be picked up at Hickam, which I appreciated, even though I chose to decline. Desiree still went above and beyond by offering an upgrade as part of her service. That gesture meant a lot to me and my family as we were a family of fourand appreciatedany additional leg space.
