Excellent comme toujours avec Sixt
Avoid this fraudulent company. They lost a class action lawsuit for fraudulent damage claims and are continuing their scam. They are charging me nearly $400 for a scratched tire rim. All 4 tires had scratched rims at pickup and they admitted knowing that at least of the 3 rims were already damaged. Furthermore, the car I rented was initially given to another customer who then returned it as he did not like the vehicle. No inspection occurred between that customer and me.
I had booked an SUV but when I went to pick it up they only had a sedan available and they said I would need wait an hour for an SUV - so I accepted the sedan - but they refused to refund the difference in price, nor did they issue me a voucher. Also the wait times were insane despite arriving before time, I waited an hour just to reach my turn at the check-in desk, and then another hour in line upstairs to get my vehicle.
Brandon was helpful, kind, and made sure I understood the rental car process. Good customer service really helps have a great experience!
