This is a company that rents you a car for one price, and you end up paying more than double. The person who helped me said they would upgrade my 7-seater van to an 8-seater, and I ended up paying 2200 instead of 856. It's a rip-off, and when I asked why they charged me so much money, they told me I'd already signed and wouldn't get anything back. They said they would refund me 200 as a deposit, and I still haven't received anything. I will never rent from this shitty company again.
We planned on renting a fun bmw convertible for our San Diego trip, but our luggage didn’t fit. Justin was so helpful in swiftly upgrading us to an SUV- and very friendly check in staff as well! Our first experience with SIXT- we’ll be back!
Personal was very kind, the car Ford I rent was perfect. Easy to take in and of the car between San Diego to Los Angeles airports.
