I can’t compliment Nick enough for his service and warm welcome. The whole process from walking in off the street onwards was very straightforward. Check in- given the thorough support they provide each customer, was fine and he prewarned us we were coming to collect at a busy time so we didn’t mind the short wait. Car pick up down the block was easy and cars were immaculate. Drop off just as easy. Nick took an interest in our plans and gave us some helpful suggestions and went out of his way. Thank you! We will come back.
Wonderful service ( Nicholas was our service rep)! Though it cost more than Enterprise, I didn’t feel taken advantage of. They had cars available and the service rep provided great service. I would go to them again. You get what you pay for.
