The company it's absolutely awful. We got a car that got overheated because it has no oil and no coolant.... You call and the service is awful as well
It was a very busy morning after a long train journey. Two clerks but only woking one station working. Very little instructions and car was one block away Staff suggested we go down an alley. (No way in downrown Denver). Found our Subaru Assent and was off. Check in was assed by a lot staffer, Demetrius who has excellent customer skills.
I returned the vehicle (well before the scheduled return time) to the correct branch and placed the keys in the designated drop box located in the return area garage, as needed. However, I was surprised to receive an email next day asking if I would like to extend the rental, suggesting the vehicle was not recorded as returned. Later, after talking to the customer service they updated the record to “returned” but with a remark that return was delayed by 16 hours. Great experience! I come to Denver often and it was my first time renting with Sixt. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and professionalism of the operation there. I'll definitely use them in the future. Way better than most rental agencies.
Top notch service from Devan. It was almost 9:15 a.m. and he walked in the hallway outside the locked Lobby to find three groups of people waiting for their car rental. The person that was supposed to open up the office had not yet arrived. Devan had just come up from the garage to check on the front office. In no time at all he had all three of us checked out, in the vehicle that we had requested, and on the road. That might not seem like a big deal but we had just gotten off a train ride of 22 hours.
