Terrible service! I booked my minivan two days ago for 8am pick up to go out of town. Came to the branch to pick up the car and they said the don’t have the car. They offered me another 7 passenger car compatible to the one I reserved. At the time of signing, he tells me the new car is more expensive. I asked how much and he said it is $65 per day. I was upset that I had to pay extra daily and extra gas for that big suv. About to leave and my husband asked how much of a difference it was and the branch manager said $10!!! Wh... read more
