Terrible experience. Went in to pick up my premium car rental and the place was full of people waiting. The agent did not have a car for me and kept suggesting a car then changing it saying the car in not ready. Finally, 5 minutes before closing, the lady manger gave me a BMW 2 series. They do not follow corporate policies. They will waste your time. I prepaid for a subscription and was refused at the counter due to the agent’s ignorance of financial institutions and Mastercard policies. It took 2 weeks for a refund
Had a very scary experience with the man working tonight at 1am when i went to pick up a car i had rented in advance. He screamed at me. I had to sit on the street alone waiting for an uber because he was done working for the night. I went straight to pick up the car when my flight landed and they had my flight information. I will not be renting from them again. If youre a young woman i highly recommend not using sixt at atlanta because it really was a scary situation to be in alone late at night
