Refused me car rental because they told me I didn't look like the guy in my driver's license. Rented car from Enterprise down the street zero issues.
Let me tell you about my experience (so far). I usually like Sixt - pretty decent experience across multiple stores. Today I came here to this one. With three counters, one staffed. Lots of loud cackling and carrying on in the back area behind closed doors. After 5-7 minutes, the manager comes out RBF firmly in place. I start by asking if I can add a driver. To drive an hour only to get to the location and be told there are no available cars. Beyond frustrating and I would not recommend to anyone. I recommend expanding your inventory to keep up with Atlanta!

The manager Shitttory canceled my reservation saying my drivers license was “invalid.” But yet the company AUTHORIZED IT on THEIR MOBILE APP. This PLACE IS A FRAUD SCAM COMPANY!
