Usually I love Sixt in Aspen. I had my first problem this last rental. However, the staff listened and accommodated. I appreciate the way they handled my concerns with kindness and professionalism.
I've rented 100s of cars and never had an issue. Then sixt decided to bill me for damages on their car which I didn't do or see. The alleged damage was on the passenger door. I was driving around an injured family member and used handicap spaces so nothing was ever near the car nor would anything have hit the passenger door. Sixt asked me to fill out details and never replied and just added a bill. Highly recommend not using them.
