Pickup and drop off were very easy. Jennifer was great! Car (Mercedes GLB) was clean and comfortable, it drove very nicely even on a snow covered road. We had some issues with the Apple CarPlay / Bluetooth system. I was offered a discount for the inconvenience however that was not honored on my final bill, I sent an email to customer service to get this resolved and am awaiting a response. Overall a good rental experience and would recommend!
Just wanted to express how seamless Irwin made my drop off and was able to address any of my concerns, making the whole process super easy and zero stress!
Irving went above and beyond to help us out last minute to get us a 7 seater around new years.
