Wir mussten spontan einen anderen Mietwagen buchen und SIXT war direkt nebenan. Irving hat uns wunderbar beraten und persönlich durch den ganzen Prozess geführt. Es gab keine versteckten Kosten, sondern offene Kommunikation, wodurch wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Zudem war der Preis günstiger als bei der Konkurrenz, obwohl wir spontan gebucht haben. Ich kann Irving und SIXT sehr empfehlen.

My first ever experience with SIXT turned into a month long ordeal: - Reserved an intermediate category vehicle ahead of time for 4 days at a cost of $224 - Paid $370 at the airport for a Mazda CX-90 that actually fit our ski gear - Perfectly nice car, ski trip went swimmingly - Filled the car with gas and washed it for the next person - Returned the car and boarded my flight home. 3 days later, SIXT reported new damages to the windshield - Their pictures of the damages show the car (1) caked in a layer of mud and (2) parked... read more
Had a great experience at Sixt thanks to Jennifer Colosi. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating with our needs. We genuinely felt taken care of from start to finish. Customer service like this makes all the difference – highly recommend and truly appreciated!
Pickup and drop off were very easy. Jennifer was great! Car (Mercedes GLB) was clean and comfortable, it drove very nicely even on a snow covered road. We had some issues with the Apple CarPlay / Bluetooth system. I was offered a discount for the inconvenience however that was not honored on my final bill, I sent an email to customer service to get this resolved and am awaiting a response. Overall a good rental experience and would recommend!
