Nous avons louer une voiture pour 20 jours. Au milieu du séjour la voiture a affiché un problème d’huile. Nous avons donc contacté sixt qui nous a dit de ramener de suite la voiture pour procéder à un échange. À mon grand étonnement à la fin du séjour, j’ai été facturée de 95 dollars de carburant pour la voiture que j’ai ramené pour un problème d’huile. Et il restait plus de la moitié du plein. Sachant que nous avons fait des pleins pour 40 dollars. J’ai fais une réclamation au service cliente pour demander un remboursement.... read more

Great experience with the Toyota Corolla car rental and driving.
Don’t book through Delta or any other 3rd party site. Sixt will not honor the vehicle selection as described during the rate and checkout process. I booked their luxury class, comparisons provided were Mercedes Benz class C or BMW X5. Once we arrived at Sixt, we were assigned the smallest 3-series BMW, when we asked for a comparable vehicle to the description provided, the staff was nonchalant and didn’t resolve my concern.
