I rented a pickup truck on September 12th at LAS, with the intention of returning it the next day (September 13th) at LAX. At the LAS counter, I realized I had mistakenly booked the rental with the drop-off location to be the same as the pickup location. I was informed at the counter that the drop-off location could not be changed at that time. Unfortunately, after previously being satisfied with Sixt, I must now warn you against this rental company. They charge a supposedly refundable $200 deposit. Forget about it; you won't get it back. We've been waiting for it for over 10 days. Now they've stopped responding to our emails. They also charged us an additional $68 for a supposedly empty tank. Even though we were at a local dealership, and it was clearly recorded in the system that the fuel was 8/8, meaning it was full. So, once again, we've been scammed by Sixt. I... read more
