Beware, take pictures before you leave their lot. I was asked at the rental counter if I wanted to add insurance, to which I always decline. I have rented with Hertz and Budget in the past. This was my first experience with Sixt. Then he asked me for a credit card that would provide insurance/cover damages should there be any. I provided, but thought it was strange, because I have never been asked to provide a credit card that would cover damages when renting with hertz or budget. When I’m in Vegas for work, I usually go to other rental companies. This time I decided to try SIXT. And I’m pretty upset I’ve not gone through them before. Jenny assisted me and was absolutely amazing! I was literally in and out. And I was appreciative of not having a long wait time after just getting off a long flight. I’m definitely going through them when I go back next year. Great customer service. I definitely recommend!
