I first used SIXT during my honeymoon in Europe. They had incredible customer service and a nice vehicle, but I assumed it was just because we were in Europe. I've been proven wrong. I regularly travel from Canada to Denver for work. I had my go-to big-name car rental companies I used, but they were often unreliable, whether it was inventory (once AT the counter), the airport shuttle, or pricing. Veronica made this rental experience even better than the usual great Sixt experience. Great location and couldn’t recommend more.
This was the second time that we've rented from Sixt and everything went well. The shuttle drivers were very helpful with our luggage, which included skis. There was no wait at the counter when we arrived, which was nice. Checking the car in also went smoothly.
ALL the car rental agencies in Denver are slow to give you your car, and dont expect to get the one you asked for. This is one of the better ones.
