I was promised on a phone call that I would be able to rent a front wheel or four-wheel-drive car to take to the mountains, but when I showed up for my rental, I was told there was nothing of that sort available. The desk clerk said he would call me in the afternoon to tell me if a car of that sort had been returned, but he never did call. So, I had to make other arrangements at the last minute. This is a great location to rent from, easy in and out when you have everything you need to rent. Kian assisted me with getting my rental and he made my experience better. Had it not been for him understanding my frustration in the miscommunication between customer service and the actual branch location they would have lost a customer. Kian was very respectful and helpful in getting me into my rental and on my way. Highly recommend this location to rent your next vehicle.

Having to read few negative reviews with this location got me anxious. But what happened was actually the opposite. Matt made everything smooth and his customer service was superb! He made me feel so welcomed and accomodated. I wasn't able to get my preferred car but Matt made sure I got the best possible option. He even gave me a free upgrade. Returning the car went smoothly as well. Thanks, Sixt and Matt! :))
