I’m shock how good is the customer service here! I never experienced this level of service in a car rental place!!!! It’s like buying a BMW at the dealership!!!! Definitely coming back if I need a rental !!!!!!! They even put the car under the shade just to cool it down for me to get in!!!

I had a fantastic experience renting from Sixt Fisherman’s Wharf. The booking and pick-up process was smooth and hassle-free, which made everything very easy. I originally reserved a BMW X1 but was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a BMW X3, which was in perfect condition and a joy to drive. The agent at the counter (his name started with an “F,” originally from Iran) gave me excellent advice and made the check-in experience even more positive.
