We had a really great experience there. Celess was so sweet and friendly, explained everything clearly, and gave us a beautiful car that was clean and in perfect condition. She made the whole process easy and pleasant, and it was lovely talking to her. Great customer service and such a nice experience driving around Las Vegas.
The rental center's agents are friendly and great customer service. No BS or other games that usual car rental places play with the customers. I would rent from this office, again.
Rented a ford mustang with 2 months in advance. Arrived there and was informed there is no mustang available. I ll give 2 stars because at least they give me a nice car, a bmw 4 series (after loosing 1h to drive myself to the other sixt office at the airport), but I was extremely disappointed that they did not announced me earlier so I can cancel and book it from a another company or so. Never again sixt.
The rental location was clearly marked, the parking spots were very close to the counter, and the staff were professional and patient.
Super Service und freundliche Mitarbeiter.Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert.
