Pleasant experience with renting a mustang for two weeks, we travelled to Utah and Arizona from Las Vegas. The fellah called Jamal that helped us out renting the mustang was funny as we were lucky enough to get a mustang. He told us to gamble as it was our lucky day… fortunate enough it was, $205 on 25cent 🤣 thank you Jamal!
The actual on site workers are helpful, friendly, and renting is an easy process. However, if you need to connect with anyone outside of that, like customer service - good luck. Possibly the worst experience trying to talk/get in touch with anyone if you experience any issue whatsoever. And when you do, it felt like half the time no one knew what they were talking about, we were told different processes and different information each time which lead us to square one again.
