Rented from this company 3 times. First 2 times absolutely no issues. The 3rd time we got a GMC Terrain. W drove it from Las Vegas to Fort Mohave no problems. Took it to Laughlin to have a nice evening. On the way home the transmission started acting up, the vehicle went into limp mode and the dash read "don't go over 50 mph"we called customer service they were very polite and sent a tow ruck to deliver a replacement vehicle as the previous one probing would not have made it back and we were not taking a chance. There is a 99% chance that, after returning the car, you will receive an email stating that new damage has been discovered on the vehicle you returned. Create absolutely comprehensive documentation—both photos and video—before picking up the car and again after returning it. And be prepared: keep checking your email. The claim will amount to around $800, backed even by an estimate from a body shop. The whole thing is a scam. That is how they tried to cheat me, and now they are trying to cheat my son in the exact same way.

HORRENDOUS! rented a vehicle for a day. On 4/11. Returned the same night and used their drop off box . Got charged for 10 days. Yes - TEN DAYS. No way to reach a human - only thing they provide is a WhatsApp number, where it took me TWO days for a live agent, who after two days asked me to email their customer support with this message: “ Here is also your case number: 16359208. You can use this as referring on the notes that I created internally.” Emailed the customer support number. And NO RESPONSE! Avoid!!!
