I hate to leave a bad review becuse the experience at the counter was very plesant. Somehow a $30 a day upgrade for 4 days ended up costing $1,100. Beware of hidden fees.
The worst car rental experience I have ever had. We rented a car in Washington, where there was a mistake with the rental period. We had been in contact with customer support the whole time, and they told us to stop by a branch, extend the rental, take care of the oil, and continue our trip, assuring us that the manager would be informed.
