Overall experience was great! Customer satisfaction and car service was excellent got us to our destination without any problems.
I been renting from y’all lately... First off,all downtown need more EMPLOYEES ,for start and ROLA E. Terrible rental. As a member, I felt this place was the final nail in my patience with Sixt.
Rented a BMW to drive out to a state park. The rental said "or similar". I emailed them 2 or 3 days before to say if they did not have the bmw series 2, to upgrade me to a higher class BMW and I would be happy to pay the difference. Less than 24 hours from my pick up time they sent me an email saying my reservation was canceled. With now reason as to why. And no contact number to call. I recently rented a vehicle from SIXT for a one-day trip from Las Vegas to Anaheim, and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. This was my first time using SIXT, and it will likely be my last. The rental process between the pickup and drop-off locations was inconsistent, and I felt as though the company was attempting to hold us responsible for pre-existing damage.
