Just made a booking online …called up to pay and they said they don’t take payment over the phone …. waste of time
picked up car from airport. car wouldnt start next day due to faulty fuel meter. contacted road side assistance. the guy said just get it swapped. wasted all day on the phone trying to get a swap. in the end the lady said if you can tow the car to the airport we can swap it over. what a joke.

Do not use these guys... Accused of minor scratches on the car which they assessed a day after we dropped if off.. either way we had insurance, they charged our credit card for damages and refused to give me a receipt for a claim, they are impossible to get a hold of as phones are connected to a call center o/s
