My kids love sixels. They do martial arts with Dave. They absutely love coming and learning from a master
Everything about this place and the people who work there is awesome.
This workout hits every muscle group and gets your cardio rocking! The routine is modified daily so no boring set after set program. The short workout time means I'm home before Mama knows I'm missing! Best of all you have a trainer to help with technique and encourage. Thanks Dave!
