called and scheduled to have 2 deadbolts put in my home. was scheduled at 830 am. he arrived on time but spent 15 min or so in his van. when he finally came to the door he told me he had forgotten the deadbolts and would have to go get them and come back. i waited 41/2 hours before calling the office. the lady that answered apologized and said she wasnt aware. I told her it was really bad customer service and that was that.

Flying Locksmith who was recommended by Home Advisor broke the lock of my cash register and was charging me $150 so their technician who broke it can come back to fix it. I called Sixberry , recommended by Moms of Jupiter in FB and Andrea of Dogsworld. Eric came and said he couldn’t fix it on the spot and suggested I bring my cash register to their shop. I did and it was fixed in less than an hour and I was charged $16. I am a very grateful customer. Will never bring my business elsewhere! Bravo Sixberry! Bravo!!!
