I had a great experience with Riss! I was super nervous for my piercing, but she walked me through everything she was going to do and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. She also gave me really thorough aftercare instructions. Overall, I would highly recommend coming here for a piercing!
Very rude no customer service at all. I'll be definitely taking my business elsewhere. Kind of sucks for somebody to be so rude when they're in a customer service profession this business will not last long at all.... it might as well just shut down now, and we can perform piercings on their living room that's where this is headed. Reply to your comment. It was a phone call, which I'm glad I didn't get that far to make an appointment. I got all I needed to know over the phone.
