DO NOT SUBLEASE HERE!! Apartment was absolutely filthy when I moved in. They also delayed my move in by one day because the staff “wasn’t trained” to move me in, so I had to stay in a hotel. Management is also extremely unhelpful.

The management here is atrocious. I had the worst experience subleasing here last summer, and I would not recommend anyone ever agree to a sublease with this company. Last summer I subleased an apartment and when I walked in, the entire place was disgusting. The toilets were clogged. Food in the fridge. Belongings from previous tenants everywhere. Why should I have to pay a security deposit, when Six11 claimed they are not responsible for cleaning it before I arrived? It was so disgusting I had to hire a cleaning service. Af... read more
