Leasing office is a headache. CONSTANT maintenance issues (multiple a month in my unit) despite high rent charges. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Apartments have very visible black mold on the vents and an elevator breaks down and doesn’t get fixed for a month. Along with many other things. They choose not to inform residents about when something will be fixed if it hasn’t been in a week. Has almost no amenities compared to larger apartments nearby. Wouldn’t recommend.
I wouldn’t live here again…the elevators are always broken it’s been nearly three weeks and this is right around move out too. They bought pizza to hand out to residents to make the issue “better”. It’s always messy in the lobby and the rooftop area.
