My daughter moved out 12/31/25. I have had to call and email numerous times to get the security deposit and extra rent we paid back as a check. Sixty days later, I finally get a check and it BOUNCES due to Non-Sufficient Funds. I have had numerous conversations with Danielle Messing the manager, Tara Cabble the Area Manager. They tell you that the money is on it's way but they continue to give the run-around. The staff and the community at this complex is wonderful! Brooke showed me around and answered all of my questions perfectly! I highly recommend this complex for any incoming student.
Brooke was super helpful with answering questions about leasing options, uncertainties with apartment living, and finding the floor plan that fit me. Brooke was very kind and such a welcoming presence during the leasing process!
