If you are thinking of leasing here, don't do it. This building is owned by a hedge fund who only wants your money. 1) At the beginning of the lease they suggested tenants to hire Homebody insurance and pay full year policy in advance, just a few weeks later Six11 changed insurer (probably because the new one offered them a couple of dollars more) and Six11 is telling tenants that former policy does not fit their requirements any more and will start charging for insurance (and late fees) in January if you do not switch to th... read more

They don’t even deserve one star. Honestly, it should be lower than that. The management at Six11 is some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They go back on their word and leasing agreements and never take accountability for mistakes on their end. When you try to get help, management is dismissive and unprofessional, especially Danielle Messing, who constantly avoids responsibility and speaks to tenants disrespectfully. Came in for the first time and the dryer was moldy. Maintenance took weeks to fix this issue. Management also sucks and sound annoyed.

Leasing office is a headache. CONSTANT maintenance issues (multiple a month in my unit) despite high rent charges. Save your money and go somewhere else.
