This was the absolute most pathetic service I've encountered in the past 10 years. We were sent there to obtain paper pertaining to proof of birth from a tribal nation. We were told that this one page docuement/ form would be mailed to this individual. Three weeks later, absolutely nothing. The person awaiting this form is homeless and is promised housing but is held up by this single form for which there is a time frame for completion which puts this individual at risk of having this opportunithy forfeited.
