My husband and I have been very pleased with the level of service provided to us by Steven Faehrmann. Not only did he get us an excellent price for our cruise, but he also included some much appreciated extras. He does follow up calls to see how you are doing before and after your trip. We will definitely make use of his services in the future. We have already recommended him to friends.
I had such an amazing experience with Steven. He helped me plan my entire trip with a 1 year old to go to Parc Omega. It took so much stress off my plate to know that I had someone there to help me every step of the way. Communication was plentiful so I always knew what was going on. The pod we stayed in was beautiful and we made all kinds of new animal friends right outside our back door
We just enjoyed a wonderful Rhine River Cruise, which started with 5 fabulous days in Switzerland and ending with a great week in the Netherlands. Steven organized everything for us and it was more than we expected. He took all the stress out of traveling! He takes care of all the details. We highly recommend him!

Steven was an amazing travel agent! I think we might have won the award for the clients with the most questions via emails, and Steven was so gracious, accompanying, generous with his time, and most importantly committed to finding us the best possible resort for our holiday. He vetted everything out there in our chosen location and price range. My family and I hadn’t travelled in this way before with young kids and Steven made everything so easy and worry free! I am giving Steven 6 stars! Highly recommend!
