We worked with Steven to book Viking Mediterranean cruise. Steven was a top notch professional taking care of every detail and staying in the contact throughout the entire experience. Steven was an amazing travel agent! I think we might have won the award for the clients with the most questions via emails, and Steven was so gracious, accompanying, generous with his time, and most importantly committed to finding us the best possible resort for our holiday. He vetted everything out there in our chosen location and price range. My family and I hadn’t travelled in this way before with young kids and Steven made everything so easy and worry free! I am giving Steven 6 stars! Highly recommend!
Steven was very helpful in arranging a complicated European trip for us. He helped narrow down choices and find the best flight options for us to accomplish all our travel goals.
I am so disappointed and disgusted, I feel I need to post this negative review. Six Stars Travel is a great business name although it falls short from the start, Zero Stars is more appropriate. I would never trust this business with my personal information, be careful. Steven is not only arrogant, condescending, he is untrustworthy. You have been forwarded. Book your travels anywhere else.
This was our first family vacation out of the country and Steven Faehrmann was extremely helpful and patient. We were treated with respect and Steven was very professional and knowledgeable. We will be booking our next trip with Steven, I highly recommend you do the same. Thank you very much
