I want to give them zero stars, but the tech they sent was independent - named Cody, and he is fantastic. I am here in Fair Play, SC for one week. I had a slide out issue. I doubted that anyone could get to me before we left, but thought I might get lucky and have it be something small and easy, so I called this company. They sent Cody first thing Monday morning, so good start. Come to find out a cable on my slide out has snapped, so Cody did all the homework to try to order one to fix before we leave tomorrow. Courteous and quick response. Tech was done with plumbing on tankless water heater sensor leak quickly allowing water to be turned back on. Great job. Would recommend using 6 star RV for repairs.
This is not a reputable company. I called for a quote to have 2 slide toppers installed on my 34' camper. I agreed to the price quoted and made an appointment to have it done. When they arrived I was told the price quoted was for one topper, so the price doubled. The techs had already started installing one of them when I able to get a manager on the phone to request the price we had agreed to. I called Six Star the day before Thanksgiving needing help with a non functional toilet AND refrigerator. He had Cody at my door the morning after Thanksgiving. Cody was personable, kind and so knowledgeable about what needed fixed. He explained what would need to be done and was clear on the procedure. He was incredibly professional and so friendly, it felt like a trusted friend was helping solve my issues. I would definitely recommend Six Star and especially their tech, Cody.
