would not recommend this cleaning company, and I say that as someone who tries to give people the benefit of the doubt. The checklist we were given, the one we paid for, was not followed. Several items were skipped entirely, not overlooked in a rush, just skipped. That alone would have been a frustrating but forgivable service failure. I do not recommend this company. The cleaner assigned to my home, Taylor, vaped inside my house and spent much of the time on her phone. The overall service quality from the company was equally disappointing. I booked a cleaning specifically for a home of my size and paid extra for Walls, Interior Windows, Inside Kitchen Cabinets, Heavy Duty Cleaning, and Inside Oven. Despite this, two cleaners spent 3 hours and 10 minutes and completed only half the house before leaving. The company charges per job, not per hour, yet I was ... read more
Taylor was great! She faced some horrible traffic getting here and unfortunately lost an hour but once she got here she was really really efficient. She didn’t mind me making some requests for a great deep move out clean. Super professional.
