Horrible service. Scheduled appointment at 9am and the maid called saying that she can only arrive at 11am. At 11, she said she can only come at 11:40. And she finally arrived at 12:20. The maid is horrible and not trained well. Walking to my carpet with her outside shoes on, putting her dirty water bucket on my chair and arguing with me that she cannot provide services to me because I only paid for basic clean + organization (which is suggested by their company’s customer service)
Mary did an excellent job!
April, Lexi, Quita, and Mary all did an excellent job doing a thorough clean. They were very communicative and made sure to check in with me about any questions they had throughout their process. We did a thorough walkthrough, and they did not leave until I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the house. I will definitely be using them again!
Lexi and Mary did a fantastic job, professional, conscientious, accommodating- and friendly! I worked on my computer undisturbed while they worked efficiently as a team. We hope to have them back!
The absolute worst cleaning company. They are avoiding me to give me a refund for the cleaning service that they didn't even really give me not even half of the job was completed.
