Terrible, Terrible that's the two words I have, scheduled an appt. They looked at the car "diagnosed the issue" scheduled another appt. Two weeks later, dropped the car off suppose to be a 3 day job, they call on the third day, " We can't work on your car, it's too big of a job, Rick's auto went out, and we are getting swamped, but we have the part we can sell you."
