Oakley is the BEST!!! My hair always turns out amazing!! whether I’m adding highlights, going back to dyeing it dark, or cutting bangs, she nails it every single time. She also dyed and cut my hair leading up to my wedding and it was perfect! 11/10 best place to get your hair done.
