This company purchased a mobile home park in SC this past year & immediately increased the lot rent to $450, threatening to un-house dozens of elderly tenants on fixed incomes. I was renting a mobile home for $925, & they increased it to $1215. So I put in my notice. When I realized it was going to take longer than a month to find something & asked to extend my stay another month or two, they told me no. Don't rent from them. They will raise your rent outrageously yearly. Some residents they raised their rent for 200-300. In less than 2 years. Greedy property rentals like this shouldn't be worth having business.
They keep going up on their rent when people are on a fixed income I don't think it's right it sounds like money gauging
