I don't normally leave reviews but to ALWAYS be closed before business hours when some of us have genuine issues to get fix is not cool. Not even a note on the door to let us know you needed to close early. You don't have to give a reason. But my experience has been: never been open during thier own business hours..... Came by Aug 29, 2025 at 4pm. Wish I could attached photos of what's posted on the doors now.
Went in to purchase nearly 1,000 in products and pulled out some Visa gift cards to pay. The individual behind the counter gave lots of attitude and complained about it. After giving everything to him he scoffed again disrespectfully. After the last outburst I asked for my stuff back as I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Counter people r friendly and knowledgable also sometimes they will price match. Place sure has come a long way from humble beginnings as bicycle wheel shop I do miss the lug nuts they used to carry (standard mag)
