The owner is crazy for doing away with the weekly trash service. There are three dumpsters which residents have to walk their trash to now. It makes the area look trashy and it doesn't smell good either. They also just raised the monthly lot rent by $50!

I don’t know how to feel about this place I live here it just.. there are so many rats in the house and the only good thing is about this place is the people atleast they are nice but some people here are rude or disrespectful I personally would not recommend living here . Unless it’s yours only place It’s okay here I guess..

The roads in the park are almost impossible to drive on in good weather, but in the winter I find myself sliding and struggling to get through if there's the slightest bit of precipitation or ice. I'm pretty sure the one speed bump, which I know you have to go very slow over, broke part of my car over time with driving over it. The people are friendly or keep to themselves, I just wish there was more being done to make sure tenants and their visitors can get through the park without damaging their cars.
