I purchased 3 passes for six flags and have had it for about six months, but am now under a chapter 13 bankruptcy and I contacted customer service where the 1st rep basically said too bad you will have to fullfill the one year commitment even though by law they are required to stop the payment plan. I spoke to another rep who did try to help, spoke to a supervisor, and came back on the phone and said that until they receive the letter from the lawyer the debits would continue as they don't have the capability to stop payment... read more

I would seriously give this no stars if I could. I have been trying to cancel my membership for months now. says I need to do it online and it shows my account is still active and I am now being charged 2 times a months instead of 1 time. I have been trying to contact this company with 0 response through email, and have tried to call multiple branches within six flags just so I can get somewhat ahead. Will not refund me for a reservation next weekend, and I've been trying for weeks to accomplish this. DO NOT RESERVE SERVICES from this company if you think you may have to cancel in the future...like say, for COVID outbreaks.

BUYER BEWARE!! I have been trying to cancel the “membership” for months I get at least 4 emails a day I’m unable to sign into the portal I call and stay on hold for over an hour and am told I have to do online, even though I’ve told her I can’t access online I explained I would dispute and block future charges and she said that’s fine that eventually the membership will get cancelled Meanwhile I continue to get threatening emails from a group that I cannot contact except by phone
