I was really disappointed with our visit to Schlitterbahn. The biggest issue was the complete lack of clear signage throughout the park. It was confusing to figure out where the slides and attractions were located, and it seemed like almost everyone around us was stopping to ask for directions or trying to figure out the map. Went to a food place, waited 2 hours. Got my order wrong. Waited another 30 minutes. Got my food cold.
Charged me for my online passes then removes passes shortly after purchasing.. two years in a row!
