These guys have always done well by me and have always done good work. Now that I moved away I come back to Ridgewood to have them work on my car because I trust them
Lack of professionalism, overpriced, and clearly inconsistent with their pricing. I was quoted an unreasonable amount for something routine and was immediately pushed toward an expensive fix without proper explanation or alternatives. Thankfully, I found a much more honest and skilled mechanic elsewhere who handled everything properly at a fair price. I won’t be coming back here, and I suggest they reflect on how they treat customers. Fairness, transparency, and respect matter more than favoritism.
They are honest, reliable and do quick work.
