What a relief after looking and looking to find something so freaking clean and easy move in. All professional and legal. Very secure building. Sweet manager Brisa! Thank you for making the move in seemless! And a huge gym and sauna!! The rooms are flooded with sunlight. It has an in unit washer and dryer and a dishwasher and ice maker and it’s very quiet and peaceful. Plus the lighting is well thought out and has softer or brighter lights.
Brisa is amazing. She is kind, responsive and she went above and beyond to help my move from Sacramento area go as smoothly as possible. Most of the work and payments we were able to be completed over email and online. I can't say thank you enough, Brisa!
Just signed the lease this week and we in this weekend. The location is great, the staff is nice. The building feels secure. We’re waiting for the garbage disposal to be fixed but otherwise no real issues. I’ll update this review after the move!
I lived in Six1Five apartments from November 2020 to November 2023 (Unit 209). Ownership of the apartment complex changed maybe about 6-8 months ago and the new management has been amazing. Brisa is an extremely diligent and responsive property manager; she has gone out of her way to be accommodating and to ensure the property stays in great shape.
