I attended the free Estate Planning Workshop in O’Fallon hosted by Attorney Todd Sivia and it was extremely valuable! He explained the definition and reasoning behind different types of Wills, Trusts, and POA documents. He taught by telling stories from his own family about how having or not having certain documents affected the outcome after his loved one passed away. It was very memorable!
