Jay and his team added wood beams to my livingroom ceiling. He was communicative and worked around my crazy schedule. I will definitely be hiring him for the next home project!
Jay and his guys are top notch. They did an excellent job of keeping us informed and working with our schedule. The work is top notch and they do QC work at the end. Well worth the money you invest with them. I fully intend to use them on future projects.
If you are vacationing and get a call from home that water is falling from the master bedroom ceiling, I’m sorry. Call Jay at Sivers and Sons. You’ll be glad you did. They assessed the leak, got my approval, and fixed it. I asked for an estimate to repair water damage on the first and second floors. Things sounded reasonable, but I didn’t want to commit until I got home to look at everything myself. A few days later, I hired Sivers and sons. Jay and his team did a fantastic job on our stairs remodel. From the attention to detail that he and Fernando had making sure none of our treads squeaked to ensuring our young kids safety during the remodel of our banister, I can’t recommend them enough. They completed our remodel in November of 2024. This November 2025, we had an incident that caused a need for repair after dropping something large that created a gnash.
