Called them 3 days in a row.. each day I was told 'we'll be there tomorrow'. Tomorrow never came. Finally, I gave up and called another company. That company had someone at my house the very next morning.
I called these guys at 9 am. They said they'd call after 12 pm to tell me when they could come by. I never heard from them again. I left messages and no one ever called back. Very rude and unprofessional.
I will always use this company. In the middle of the night, a tree limb fell and pulled my weather head and all wires down with it. They came first thing this morning, fixed it in no time and price was very reasonable. Thank you so much for your quick service. If I could give 10 stars I would!
I have used him several times for repairs to a rental house. He did an excellent job of locating the problem and repairing the faulty wire while dealing with a "temperamental" young tenant. Professional all the way.
