Quiet and beautiful place. Maintenance is excellent. The times I have requested it, they comes quickly and solves.
I advise strongly AGAISNT the thought of even living here. There's poor, sketchy Maintenance which usually doesn't fix the initial problem and even worse communication and service when it comes to the rude Property Manager. It's completely unprofessional and I hope they get a better handle on the living establishment.
I do not recommend this apartment complex due to the multiple police incidents, people stealing, homeless people, constant shootings, and many tenants moving out of this place. I do not recommend it to anyone.
