Starting with receptionist, and nurse Jennifer I had a pleasant visit. A review of my medication vitals and medical concerns were addressed by Doctor.
This was my first visit to a pulmonologist. I was seen promptly and found the doctor to be warm, personable and attentive. He made good eye contact throughout my appointment rather than facing a computer screen and he answered my questions and listened carefully to my answers. He ordered labs with a follow up for further tests in a month. Scheduing the appointnent was very easy. This practice is run exceptionally well and I found it both refreshing and comforting.
